Please contact our Customer Service Team via phone within 24 hours after submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order, however, we will try our best.

Most of our shirts can be machine washed on a cold cycle and tumble dried on low heat. However, we recommend dry cleaning to prolong their life.

Yes! We have access to thousands of additional fabrics that are not featured on our website. If you’re looking for something specific and can’t find it – simply contact us. You can email us reference pictures, or just ideas of what you’re looking for, and we can send you fabric recommendations to help you find the perfect one.

Possibly, it really depends on the fabric. If not, we can usually recommend a replacement fabric that is very similar. Contact us to inquire.

Yes, provided their measurements fit within our permissible ranges.

Our lapel widths vary depending on customers’ measurements. If you prefer to specify a custom width, you can do so while customizing your lapel.

Absolutely not.  We can fit all shapes and sizes!

Our master tailors come with decades of experience. Your measurements are studied in-depth prior to constructing your garments. If our masters feel something is amiss with entered measurements, they may ask that some or all measurements be checked and re-entered, to ensure you receive a perfect delivery.

5-6 weeks after making the payment for an order.

We use multiple logistics partners across the world. We will email you tracking information when your order ships.

We offers free shipping worldwide on orders over USD $500.
On orders under $500, We charge a flat rate of USD $35.

If you are in a time crunch, contact our team asap so we can check if it is possible to rush your order.

We cover up to USD $75 for alterations for all online orders. If you there is a Modello Bespoke location in your city then we recommend you come see us, so we can take care of the alterations in-house.

Email us your alteration details and payment receipt. Be sure to let us know if you'll be getting alterations within 10 days of receiving your order.

Our garments are crafted with additional seam allowance to allow for body changes.
